Have you ever heard that saying that a guest wears out their welcome after three days?
Well, we’re going on three weeks.
Something has taken up residence in my sinuses.
Its time to pack up and get out.

BUFFALO BEAN DIP
1 (16 oz. can) cannellini beans
1/4 cup salted cashews
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Drain beans and reserve the liquid.
Add cashews and 1/4 cup reserved liquid to blender or food processor and blend.
Add beans, hot sauce, olive oil and onion powder.
Process until smooth and creamy.
Serve with vegetables or tortilla chips.
And maybe a kleenex.
