The newest addition to my fitness family.

It’s two days to relax, regroup, and rejuvenate.
Because I can justify my addiction to gum with xylitol’s teeth cleaning benefits!
I credit yoga with helping me to manage my stress and anxiety.
Because everyone could use a little zest.
