Popped and Loaded

When its 105 degrees outside,

this counts as dinner.


Three ingredient popsicles that are super creamy and have no added sugar. That means you have have them for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner!

1 large over-ripe banana

1 large over-ripe mango

1 teaspoon unrefined coconut oil

The coconut oil add some flavor but mostly helps prevent ice crystals from forming so your popsicles are creamy and smooth.

Chop banana into large chunks

Peel and dice mango

Add banana, mango, and coconut oil to blender.

Puree until very smooth.

Pour into popsicle molds.

Freeze for at least two hours.

And when it’s beer-cation

this counts as dessert.
